The Conway Group is a family owned group of companies with interests in Property Development, Building Construction, Retail and HealthCare. Established in 1974, the company has grown and diversified over less than three decades. From its original core business as a building contractor for social housing and public works, it has grown steadily to now include its various associated businesses.

Founded by Managing Director P J Conway, the Conway Group developed a strong reputation for quality, centred on the ethos of hard work, versatility, and commitment to providing best value for money to meet clients’ needs. The first public contract was awarded by the NIHE and was the start of a relationship with the Housing Executive that still exists today. From modest beginnings and that first public contract the company has grown enormously, and now carries out works with contracts valued in millions. This can be gauged by the fact that today public and private contracts valued at more then £17 million have been gained. The acorn of the 70’s which developed into a sapling and has now grown into a building industry oak tree that today rivals and often surpasses many of its counterparts.

The Group has experienced steady growth and has developed into one of Northern Irelands leading companies.
