StablesInner.jpgThe Stables Bar and Restaurant is located just outside Antrim beside the local landmark Chapel Corner, it is also opposite Shane’s Park and beside the main Police station.

Only five minutes from Belfast International Airport and convenient from the M2 motorway, it is popular with both tourists and business people travelling in the area and the local community.

The Stables Bar and Restaurant was opened in 1997 after major renovation. It was completely re-designed with a gothic and horse racing theme throughout.

The features included;
• imaginative use of stained glass,
• a large open fireplace
• a magnificent staircase, which forms the centre-point of the complex.

Each of the four bars areas is different and can be adapted to cater for whatever is required, the restaurant serves food from noon-9pm then after 9pm there is entertainment from Thursday to Sunday.

The main bar area which is called the Prince Regent Bar is also open for food, however it’s main purpose is for nightly entertainment which includes Live football on the big screen, pub Quiz, DJ’s and live music.

The Prince Regent Bar also has a conservatory, which is used for small private parties and leads to a patio beer garden, which is popular during the summer months. The Lounge Bar is at the base of the main stairway and is used on Friday and Saturday nights for entertainment and functions.

The Public Bar has a strong racing clientele and is always busy.
